Our founders

While managing operations for notable companies such as UPS, Amazon, and FedEx, we recognized a significant need for timely repairs, efficient maintenance solutions, and high-quality workmanship during operations and in downtime.

Our story

Tobin's Maintenance was founded through the provision of side services in commercial and industrial settings, focusing on maintenance and replacement for dock plates, various equipment types, and facility areas, including dock sweeping, scrubbing, pressure washing, apron cleaning, striping, and yard cleanup.

We have since expanded our operations to enhance our dock sweeping, scrubbing, pressure washing, apron cleaning, striping, and yard cleanup services. We are adept at working between shifts or during downtime to efficiently address repairs or cleanups, ensuring your operations resume smoothly for the next shift.

As a local, family-owned business, we pride ourselves on our ability to respond swiftly to repair requests. We are prepared to utilize the equipment and parts currently at your disposal, enhancing turnaround time while ensuring a cost-effective solution for your business.

We are a family-owned business with extensive experience in managing, executing, and planning transportation operations. Who are we

Troy Tobin

Is an owner/operator of Tobin's maintenance. He possesses 17 years of experience in landscaping, welding, dock cleaning and maintenance repairs in commercial buildings. He has skills in cement, striping, pressure washing, storm cleanup, painting, and maintaining grounds of commercial trucking yards.

Troy holds a Master's Degree in Global Business Administration and has experience running transportation companies such as FedEx Ground operations, FedEx SmartPost Operations and Logistics Management, FedEx Hub Manager, and Amazon within Senior Management.

He is a professional who understands that operations need to be run efficiently and in working order for companies to have on-time service and safe working environments.

Jennifer Tobin

Is an owner/operator of Tobin's Maintenance. She has over 10 years of experience working in landscaping, painting, bollard installation, cement work, maintaining commercial trucking yards, cleaning aprons, driving sweeper and scrubbers, cleaning commercial trucking docks, and striping.

Jennifer has worked in management at UPS and FedEx Ground. She also holds a Master's Degree in Business.

Bryan D'Antonio

Bryan is a Supervisor at Tobin's Maintenance working for over 10 years with the company. He is an Army Combat Veteran with experience driving heavy equipment, working in harsh conditions, storm cleanup, landscaping, lock smith, dock cleaning, bollard repairs, painting, welding, striping, forklift certification, CDL, and Osha 40 Certification.

Prior to working at Tobin's Maintenance, Bryan worked FedEx Smart Post as an Area Manager and Dock Manager. Providing him with an excellent understanding on how Docks function and the importance of clean and maintained equipment and the docks that are needed for those

Cohen Anderson

Cohen is our newest hire at Tobin's Maintenance. He is currently being trained in dock cleaning and sweeper driving. Cohen's experience in carwash repairs, operating equipment, minor repairs to conveyors, and cleaning grease traps are only a few of his duties he learned while he was a Manager at Jacksons carwashes.
